You've probably seen a bunch of posts/blogs/tweets about it already but let me share my perspective with you.
ChatGPT's launch has stirred up the AI landscape, pushing other models to level up. While many fear job losses, I believe it will transform jobs instead, enhancing human capabilities rather than competing with us.
I decided to put GPT-4 to the test by creating a Tic-Tac-Toe game (also known as Noughts & Crosses) with minimal input from me. I asked GPT-4 for a tech specification and then to generate Python code using the PyGame library. After some back and forth, I had a working game, complete with test cases. Then, I asked ChatGPT to create an instruction document and a blog post about my experience.
All this took less than an hour! 🚀
GPT-4 is incredible, but it still needed my guidance. I foresee a future where tasks like these take mere minutes, but I doubt we'll ever trust AI to work entirely independently.
